Clacton Flow Fund
The Clacton Flow Fund has returned, and we’re thrilled to announce that voting is now live for our latest round of funding! This initiative is all about empowering our community to support incredible local causes, and we have £1,250 ready to be shared among three deserving charities in the Clacton and Tendring District.
Your vote will decide how much each charity receives, with the top vote-getter receiving a donation of £750, and two runner-ups each securing £250. Check out the amazing organisations in the running this round:
🗡️ Save A Life, Ditch The Knife
Save A Life, Ditch The Knife is a community-led initiative working to tackle knife crime and promote safer communities. By engaging with young people, schools, and community groups, they aim to raise awareness, provide educational resources, and help reduce violence through positive interventions.
🤝 Age Well East
Dedicated to improving the wellbeing of older adults, Age Well East offers a wide range of services to support people in staying connected and independent. From advocacy and practical support to companionship and social activities, their mission is to ensure everyone can live a happy and fulfilling life, free from loneliness and isolation.
🐾 Greenland Grove Animal Sanctuary
A safe haven for animals of all shapes and sizes, Greenland Grove Animal Sanctuary provides shelter, rehabilitation, and love to animals in need. They’re committed to protecting and caring for rescued animals, offering them a second chance at life in a nurturing environment.
