Clacton Shopping Village is delighted to host AB-Drive Anchor’s exclusive young driver experience, giving teenagers and nervous beginners the chance to learn essential driving skills in a safe, private, off-road environment.

Whether you’re aged 15–17 and looking for a head start, or you’re 17+ and feeling nervous about starting driving lessons, this is the perfect opportunity to build confidence before heading out onto the road.

🚘 Your 30-Minute Driving Experience

Each participant will enjoy a one-to-one session with a fully qualified driving instructor in a dual-controlled automatic or manual vehicle. With the instructor having their own set of controls, you can relax and learn at your own pace in a safe and supportive environment.

During your session, you’ll learn key driving skills including:

✅ Moving off and accelerating smoothly
✅ Braking and clutch control
✅ Steering techniques
✅ Correct road positioning
✅ Traffic sign recognition
✅ Advanced skills such as reverse parking

Teen Drivers (Ages 15–17)

A fantastic way to get an early introduction to driving, helping you develop confidence and understand the basics before you can legally drive on public roads.

Anxious Beginners (17+)

If you’re nervous about starting lessons, this relaxed, off-road experience provides the perfect first step towards becoming a confident driver.
